No longer a baby!

It's official.  My baby girl is a toddler.  I really cannot believe that a year has passed since Elizabeth Grace was placed in my arms as a 7 lb 2 oz bundle.  While she is not walking yet, Elizabeth is starting to cruise around the coffee table some and has even made it up the bottom step.  She is very vocal but the only real words we can make out are "Dada" and a strange sound for "doggy."  I know it is only a matter of time before she is chattering away with our big talker, Caleb.

Elizabeth,
You are such a happy little thing!  You wake up full of smiles and are ready to greet everyone you see with your two-tooth grin.  I will forever cherish the time I have spent holding you and rocking in your nursery.  You are truly loved by everyone in our family.  Especially your big brother.  Caleb is always waiting for you to wake up from your nap so he can include you in our games and play .  He shares his snacks with you and is so excited for you to take off walking. 
I have so many hopes for you as you grow my sweet girl.  I pray you will stay sweet and have a kind spirit.  I look forward to all of the girly things mothers do with their daughters.  Fixing your hair, taking you to get your ears pierced, playing dolls and dressing up.  I am not a perfect mom by any means, but I hope I can be a good example of a wife and mother for you to follow.  You are such a blessing, Elizabeth and I am so thankful God has given me the opportunity to be your Mommy.  Happy first birthday E!
