It has almost been two weeks since my youngest sister, Megan said her vows. It was a short engagement and I have only known Chris for a year, but I am so happy Megan found her soul mate.
I was honored to be one of Meg's matrons of honor and it was an awesome celebration. It was not long ago, that the four of us kids we were wondering how a wedding would play out since my parents were separated back in January. What a blessing it was to celebrate Megan and Chris's wedding together..all of us! I don't think any of us can imagine what the day would have been like otherwise.

Megan had warm, but gorgeous weather and she was a stunning bride! I was a little under the weather, as I woke up the night before with a stomach bug, but managed to get all prettied up with my sister Kate's help. Caleb was the ringbearer and he made it down the aisle without any tears or issues. I was pretty proud because he threw a fit during the rehearsal. Of course, there were a few bugs to distract him as the ceremony was outside!

We were lucky to have lots of family to help with the kids. My aunt and uncle stole Elizabeth and she loved the attention. Blake's brother Luke graciously offered to pick the kids up from the reception since our nanny backed out on us. That allowed Blake and I to get our dance on and help pick up after the reception.
