Making sugar cookies is fun!
Time is just passing too fast! Fall has proved to be one of my favorite seasons once again. The crisp air, wearing sweaters, the leaves changing colors, and pumpkins all make fall great. Curling up under a blanket with a good book, crunching the fallen leaves under your feet, eating caramel apples, and sipping cider are what fall is all about. Oh and you cannot forget football!
We hosted a party for the Bengals vs. Steelers game. The turnout was great and the kids were all sporting their Bengals gear. I made cheesey white chicken chili and brownies, someone brought veggies and nachos. It was fun to get together.
One day I made up some sugar cookies and invited Kate and Abby over to roll them out. We cut out pumpkins, moons, and leaves. It was fun decorating them once they cooled. I even let Caleb ice his own pumpkin. I think he likes icing!
October would not be complete without a trip to Barn-N-Bunk. One Saturday, we met my parents there for lunch. Caleb loved the pumpkins. He had to pat and rub each one. Hard to believe last year he could only cruise around the pumpkins and crawl. He was running, climbing and picking up pumpkins this year!
