Blessings are abundant.

Yesterday afternoon Blake received a pretty fantastic phone call! He was offered the job he was hoping to get at Hopewell Junior High. Blake will also be coaching football and then track again in the spring. Needless to say, Blake was thrilled with the news and spent hours on the phone letting all of our friends and family know. I am so happy for him and relieved that he has found his calling. He is so much happier now that he is doing something he loves. The only downside is that the position is currently only half time. He will be teaching science only in the afternoons. Of course, there is a chance this could change before August or even in the middle of the year. Blake can also sub to make some more money. This means I will be working fulltime for another year. I am a little bummed, but it will be the best thing for our family and I have faith that God will provide. We are both just so thankful that God has given such great opportunities and that we have never really gone without despite Blake not working. I am looking forward to the opportunities that 2 incomes will provide for our family. I am thinking travel, savings, and giving to others!
