Mother's Day comes early.

Blake can never wait to give gifts for any occasion. This Mother's Day was no different. Friday afternoon I cam home from shopping and Blake was ready to give me my gifts. So, I said that was ok. I received a card from Caleb which he scribbled on. So sweet. There was a card from Blake, a parenting toddlers book, and a Willowtree mother and toddler figurine. The last gift was in a large box and was very heavy. I opened it to find a new laptop! This of course is not just a mother's day gift. My old laptop of 7 years is about to kick the bucket so the new one will replace it. Apparently, Blake got a really good deal on it and figured we needed (well, really just wanted) one anyway. It was a nice surprise.
I had to work Friday night, but we managed to also share some pizza with Blake's friend Chad and his girlfriend Kristin before I left.
