Well, yesterday Caleb had only 2 nasty poos. He was feeling better, but still not eating like normal. I have washed enough clothes and dirty diapers in the past 3 days! After we napped, Katy and Cameron came over to play. Cameron is 7.5 months and is now sitting up and trying to crawl a little. The boys had fun and we enjoyed talking and watching them interact.
I went to small group in the evening. It was good. I wasn't feeling great so I did more listening. There is a single dad in our group who shared a lot and got emotional. His daughter's mom left her when she was 4. He is now raising an 11 year old by himself. They live in our neighborhood and I am hoping to somehow try and get to know her. She actually did homework during small group. I am thinking maybe I can see if she would want to watch/play with Caleb as a way to hang out with her. She seems like a nice girl. I just feel horrible that she doesn't have a mom. I am a little nervous about putting myself out there. I am not really outgoing when it comes to reaching out to others. I will have to pray about it.

I think that it is a great idea for you to invite her over, you will be such a great influence on her. And you know she will feel so grown up watching Caleb.
That would be great of you. It doesn't take much- just the effort and you will be great with her. They all just want someone to talk to and be interested in their life.
