Christmas
- We hosted a dinner with RuthAnne, Luke& Danielle and their boys. The guys fixed an awesome roast. Caleb and Connor had a blast playing together. Elizabeth and Emmerson played well too.
- Christmas morning, Caleb was a helpful big brother and assisted Elizabeth with her gifts. Once she figured out what to do, she enjoyed making a mess of wrapping paper. The kids liked their gifts and are still waiting for some snow to wear their snowboots!
- We then ate brunch and exchanged gifts at my Mom's house with my siblings. It was yummy and so good to be with my family. My adopted brother is now doing well and was there to celebrate with us. It is a blessing that he has decided to turn his life around.
- Then we hosted Christmas Day dinner at our house for Blake's mom Judy, her husband Greg, and Luke's family. Blake made a turkey and oh was it good! Better than any we had for Thanksgiving. It is funny that I never get to do any of the holiday cooking since I am the woman, but I am thankful for a husband that loves to cook.
We celebrated Christmas Eve at my Aunt Sue's house. It was so much fun watching my aunt and uncle enjoying the kids as they don't have any grandkids of their own yet. My aunt always steals E and gives us a break. I enjoyed hanging out with my two cousins that were in town as well.
