The Aquarium

Last Thursday, Blake had the day off and we wanted to do something fun. Neither of us had ever been to the Newport Aquarium so we decided to go. We invited my Grandpa to come along. We got there when they opened at 10 am and did not leave until after 1pm! Caleb was very well behaved. It wasn't too crowded, but I always forget about all of the school and daycare groups that come during the week. There were lots of kids running all over. He really likes watching the colorful fish swim and move all over. The fish are so much bigger than the ones Papi has! It was fun to watch Caleb and Grandpa interact. I forget how old Grandpa is (84) and that he tires easily. So we took several little breaks to sit and rest throughout the place. Caleb wanted to walk by himself so we spent a good deal of time chasing him. We ate lunch there and then Caleb relaxed in his stroller for a little bit. When we left, Caleb and Grandpa were both ready for a nap!
