December 27, Blake's brother flew into town from Connecticut. Clarke is in the Navy and we had not seen him since he left for basic training in February. We went to Dave and Ruth Anne's house for dinner and to catch up. The prime rib was good and I always love the french onion soup! Clarke looked nice in his uniform and it was good to see him. We had sent him pictures of Caleb over the months, but I think he was still amazed at how different he is now. Babies change a lot from 4 weeks to 11 months!
We stayed as long as Caleb could tolerate. It is hard when bedtime is around 7pm. After that time, he becomes little monster!
We had hoped to see Clarke later while he was in town, but it didn't work out that way. Maybe next time.
